| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 2 of 4 repeats were positive for total coliforms. The well was negative and one of the upstream samples was negative. The original site was positive and another sample was positive. Operator batched the tanks to .45-.5ppm and is injecting chlorine at the well to get a residual of .2-.25 ppm in distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Violation notice needed and copy sent to the state. | ||
