| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding IOCs for well #2 DETAILS: I spoke to Nancy Martin regarding the violation status of the system. I called and spoke to Chuck Michael and the violation for arsenic was erased. I asked the operator to check their records for inorganics since no data was listed for well #2 and violation points were credited to them for non reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Nancy, secretary for the system, spoke to me 3/8/11 and informed me that she faxed information to the state today that shows tests were taken but never reported by Coffey Labs. This should bring the system violation points to zero | ||
