| Details: | SUMMARY: Assessment sample of 6/29/11 E-coli positive DETAILS: Contacted the operator, Tim Smith, and advised him to collect five consecutive source water samples within 24 hrs and to also collect a routine distrubution sample at the site closest to the source. He indicated the distribution site would be at a bathroom sink. He was instructed to mark the five source samples "confirmation" samples. Tim was given the OERS pnone number and instructed to use it over the holiday weekend to reach a Drinking Water staff person in case any of the samples came back E-coli positive. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Robert Wilson, Dept of Agriculture, and Daniel Hough, Drinking Water Program. | ||
