Details:	SUMMARY: Source Released from Monthly Assessment Monitoring DETAILS: Water system requested review of data that determined SRC-AB and SRC-AC to be in need of 12 months of assessment monitoring. It was determined that SRC-AC (Well #4) was placed on assessment monitoring by mistake. SRC-AC was removed from list and coliform monitoring schedule was removed. Monthly assessment monitoring for SRC-AB (Well #2) is still required for May 2011 through April 2012. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed.
