| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine concentation drop and flow spike DETAILS: The ammonia feed dropped off, causing a change in the breakpoint chlorination and a resultant drop in available chlorine. Within the time-frame of getting this repaired, a main broke, causing a short-term flow increase equivalent to 11.75 MGD. The combined effects caused a drop in CT below the required value. The line break is repaired and the ammonia feed is restored. Required CT is now exceeded. Tier 2 public notice is required. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
