| Details: | SUMMARY: Public notice not received by July 10 deadline DETAILS: I called Mike Brown to find out if he published public notice as agreed, and to ensure that he submits a copy to DWP as soon as possible. A copy of the 2nd quarter notice should have been received by yesterday, and was expected to have been published by the bookkeeping company in early June (I had created a draft and sent it to the bookkeeper before June 15). Mike said he would call the bookkeeper to find out what happened. ACTION NEEDED: A copy of the notice should be received shortly or it would constitute a violation of the civil penalty settlement. | ||
