| Details: | SUMMARY: Called and requested public notice DETAILS: I called Dee and requested a copy of the public notice due to be issued for the 2nd quarter 2011. Dee had previously said it was included with the June water bills, and claims to have mailed a copy to the DWP. It has not been received as far as I can tell, and was due to be submitted by yesterday. ACTION NEEDED: If the public notice is not received in the next couple of day it would constitute a violation of the civil penalty settlement. | ||
