| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: The routine sample collected 6/15/11 tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Robin about collecting four repeat samples (three from the distribution and one from the source). 6/21/11 - Spoke with Robin and she said all four repeats tested negative. We discussed the requirement of collecting five temporary routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due in July | ||
