| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I emailed Roberta Lindgren after the alert was issued asking why an alert was issued on an inactive system. She called back and we discussed the circumstances surrounding why their sample was collected. This system is in plan review to activate the system and LeAnn was following Scott Currys instructions. Apparently, Scott did not inform her about labeling the sample a special. I called LeAnn and advised her to call the lab to cancel running the repeat samples who collected this morning and to have the first sample labeled a special. I also advised her to call Scott Curry for further instruction ACTION NEEDED: LeAnn should contact Scott for further instruction with regard to plan reviewing this system for activation. | ||
