| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample 6/21/11 positive for total coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Kathy and she says a triggered source sample and three distribution sample have already been collected. We also discussed the temporary routine collection requirement for July. 6/24/11 - All repeats and the triggered source sample tested positive. I spoke with Mack Ransom, maintenance person at Lithia springs, regarding the MCL violation, public notice requirement, temporary routines in July, and disinfecting the well and distribution system.
