| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: 6/24/11 - The three repeat and one triggered source sample collected 6/23/11 positive for total coliform. I spoke with Peter Fish today and he intends to disinfect the system. I emailed him the state well disinfections guidelines and a tier 2 public notice template. We also discussed collecting five temporary routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in July | ||
