| Details: | SUMMARY: Fail to submit five temporary routine in May DETAILS: I spoke with Luke Murphy June 10, 2011 regarding the temporary routine samples. Luke thought they were due in May so I reminded/informed him that five temporary routines are due the month following the initial positive coliform sample. I also informed him the next coliform sample die in the 3rd quarter 2011 sample. ACTION NEEDED: Coliform sample due 3rd quarter 2011 sample | ||
