| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 5/31/11 DETAILS: I left a message with Curt with details about repeat (and triggered source) sampling and the five temporary routine samples due in June. 6/6/11 - I spoke with Curt and he informed me that the lab advised him to collect one source sample and three distribution samples. I advised him that four distribution samples and one sample from each of the two sources was required. ACTION NEEDED: Four distribution and two source (one from each well) samples need to be collected. | ||
