Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed violations as reported 7/6/11 DETAILS: Sharon Breen was not available so I spoke with the office manager. I walked her through the website: violations, chemical results, etc.. Then showed her the public notice page and walked her through the form. She will discuss the violations with Sharon and will get back with me. ACTION NEEDED: Sample for nitrate and arsenic as required. Public notice for not sampling.
