Details:	SUMMARY: GW Rule Assessment Monitoring Schedule Consultation DETAILS: Tom called to let DWP know that the June GW Rule assessment monitoring source sample was not collected. I advised him to collect one in July, and DWP would then review the source samples on record and determine if the system can be released from assessment source sampling. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect July source sample.
