| Details: | I contacted Mr. Tamaska to inform him that the results of a routine coliform sample were not reported to the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services for the second quarter of 2018. He forgot to obtain and submit the water sample for analysis to an approved laboratory during the second quarter of 2018 and will do so tomorrow. | ||
