Discussed repeat and triggered sampling. 10/16, spoke with Dan again and both routines tc+. 3 repeats and triggered taken Thursday and the additional 3 repeats will be taken today and results by Saturday. Results will dictate further action. A level two investigation may be needed as system had a similar event December 2018. | ||
