| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up DETAILS: During annual inspection for Food/Poo/Lodging Program licensure, REHS asked to see coliform sampling plan for system which could not b produced by operator. During survey conducted during 11/25/10 this was the only significant deficiency noted. REHS showed operator state database system and how to look up information regarding water system (well log, sampling history, etc.) as well as Forms/Tools/Fact sheets on WebPages. Water system operator saved drinking water homepage as a favorite and then REHS developed a coliform sampling plan with the operator. The plan was completed during this visit this significant deficienty from water system survey has been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
