| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice clarification DETAILS: I spoke with Chuck to clarify the specific language required to be placed in the boil water notice at Sand Dunes Frontier, due to their E. coli and total coliform in their distribution samples. I indicated that specific required language from the template notice describing what E. Coli is, its health effects, and the langauge encouraging distribution to all users needs to be in the boil notice. Chuck updated correct copy for distribution with a copy to the State. Coordinated with Lane Co. Environmental Healths Katrinka Danielson. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to provide support to address contamination in the distribution system. | ||
