Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed administrative order DETAILS: Mary called on Friday the July 15 and left a message regarding her receipt of the administrative order issued on July 13. I called Mary to discuss her concerns and answer any questions she might have. Mary first expressed frustration that she believes that regulatory agencies have not been providing her with consisitent guidance on how to resolve the need to install 4-log disinfection. I did my best to explain that DWP mandates a specific level of tretament, but that we dont tell water systems exactly how they should achieve that level of treatment. Mary also expressed frustration at being told to collect a MPA sample now when the sample would not be valid..this is a specific requirement of the administrative order and needs to be collected between December 2011 and March 2012. Mary stated that she does not intend to request a hearing to contest the order, and believes Stutzman Services will complete improvements to the disinfection system by the August 31 deadline in the order. ACTION NEEDED: I will send an email to all the associated parties to ensure that there are no unresolved issues or unanswered questions regarding the disinfection treatment at Sweetbrier Park or the MPA analysis. Otherwise, I will await construction of the disinfection improvements and satisfaction of the order.
