| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 6/8/11 DETAILS: Leslie called in to report a positive routine coliform taken June 8, 2011. She will take 4 repeat samples and 1 source water assessment ASAP. If any are positive the will post public notice. In July she will take 5 routine samples. June 13, 2011 Leslie came to the office to discuss how to resample. She will take these ASAP and 1 source water assessment. ACTION NEEDED: All repeat samples were negative for coliform bacteria. Leslie will take 5 routine samples in July 2011 | ||
