Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform June 15, 2011 DETAILS: Talked to Mel about the assessment sample from well #1 on June 15, 2011. Mel suspects the sample might have been contaminated by the new sample tap. Asked Mel to disinfect the new sample tap and flush it before sampling. 4 samples positive for coliform would trigger a reassessment of treatment. ACTION NEEDED: none
