| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Sample taken 6/9/11 positive for coliform. Phone call to Rosalie, she was unaware of the result. Talked about the UV light and maintenance of the unit. She stated they used the nitrate bottle to submit the coliform sample. Discussed the required resamples needed to confirm the positive sample. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to sample the system and a triggered sample from the well. | ||
