| Details: | SUMMARY: Nonreporting coliform DETAILS: I contacted Charlie and he thought since the system closed on October 31st, they did not have to take a fourth quarter coliform. I explained if you operate during the quarter you must sample. Charlie requested I send him a letter outlining the monitoring requirements for the system. ACTION NEEDED: 2nd quarter routine coliform sample. UPDATE: second quarter sample taken on 4/8/11 | ||
