| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Triggered sampled from well #1 detected Ecoli and total coliform. System is already under Administrative Order to rehab well by July 1, 2011. System has a continuous chlorination system installed until repairs are complete. 4 routine samples in the distribution taken the same time as the triggered were absent of contamination. After consulting with the state it was determined system does not need additional triggered samples or to issue a boil water notice. They are required to issue a tier 1 non boil Ecoli notice within 24 hours. I emailed Jan the public notice template. She acknowledged receiving it and will distribute it and provide me a copy.
