| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 6/7/11 positive for total coliform. Richard knows of no leaks or problems with the system. Need to take 4 repeat samples from the distribution system and one triggered sample from the well. If all samples come back negative you will need to take 5 temporary routine samples from the distribution system in the month of July. If any of the repeat samples come back positive for total coliformds you need to publish a tier 2 public notice within 30 days and you will need to take 5 temporary routine samples from the distribution system in July.
