Details: SUMMARY: PR Conditional Approval clarification DETAILS: Answers to questions raised by the plan review conditional approval letter...The total coliform sample occurs after the new well and transmission line are added to the system. There are no specifications as to how to heat the well house. One flow meter downstream of the storage tank is sufficient (individual meters to different structures are not needed).
