| Details: | SUMMARY: E coli in temporary routine samples DETAILS: Multiple temporary routine samples for this facility came back as E coli positive. I contacted Brad Carlson of Josephine County to notify him of the results. Brad will contact the water system as soon as possible - probably the morning of 7/21/11. He indicated that the church was closed during the week. ACTION NEEDED: Brad will followup with notification of system, boil water notice, etc. | ||
