| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System received violation for not taking 5 temporary routines following 4/15/11 routine and subsequent repeats. All repeats absent, but missed 5 temporary routines. Discussed with operator James and system will take routine quarterly sample in early July ( 3rd quarter) to get back on track. ACTION NEEDED: Continue on time quarterly coliform sampling as well as repeat and temporary routine if necessary | ||
