| Details: | SUMMARY: Called regarding lack of public notice DETAILS: I called Dee to inform her that DWP has still not received a copy of the public notice required as part of the civil penalty settlement signed in May. I reminded Dee that the the District agreed to publish the notice every quarter as part of the agreement. I notified Dee that the District is violating the terms of the agreement as the notice should have been received by July 10. Dee said she would fax the notice to me today when she drives into town. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice should be received today, otherwise DWP will notify the District that it has violated the civil penalty settlement. | ||
