| Details: | SUMMARY: Site Visit to evaluate spring source DETAILS: Tom Pattee - OHA geologist and I met with Kevin Dworschak - North Central Public Health, Larry Clark - water system operator, and Andrew Herold - BSA Facilities Director, to evaluate spring source with confirmed presence of E. coli in July 2010. System has adequate contact time to provide continuous disinfection and is monitoring chlorine residual in distribution system. We discussed corrective action to improve the spring source. Water system is working with county on compliance monitoring and plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Water system is to provide plan and time line to complete spring improvements. | ||
