| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/14/11 DETAILS: Mr. Ziebell emailed saying another sample showed the presence of coliforms. Some presence of coliforms has been on going for several weeks. I suggested a chlorine shock might be effective if contamination into the system was not on going. 4 repeat samples due ASP. A triggered sample from each of the 2 wellheads due ASAP. 5 temporary routine samples due for July ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples due ASAP A triggered sample from each of the 2 wellheads due ASAP. 5 temporary routine samples due for August.
