| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/21/11 DETAILS: Mr. Ziebell emailed saying another sample showed the presence of coliforms. Some presence of coliforms had been on going for several weeks. He CCd me along with the plan to shock the system with chlorine. 7/1/11 - I spoke to Mr. Ziebell by phone. Chlorine shock still pending, perhaps to happen over the weekend. Frustration with inconsistent sample results over the past several weeks has bee frustrating considering the previous history of sampling for total coliforms. Hoping for resolution with chlorine shock. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples due for August. Maintain the unresolved coliform public notice and copy to state. Satisfactory August sample results will return system to minimum of quarterly sampling. | ||
