Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Reviewed the ERP for and it meets the requirements. Operations and Maint manual not completed as of 6/11/10. Spoke with Wayne Gayle on 2/1/11. Wayne is the new operator for the water system and will be updating all paperwork within the next couple of months, ACTION NEEDED: O & M Manual still needs completion
