| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for coliform and surface water DETAILS: coloform violation appears to have been validated in error. Sample was taken 7/11/11 and submitted 7/14/11. Violation 903472512 appears to be valid. Operator was unable to demonstrate that they were monitoring and calculating coliform as required by rule. Their failure to submit a surface water treatment report is appears to be only a symptom of a larger problem. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to begin calculation coliform immediately. The operator needs to submit a surface water treatment report for July even though their data will be incomplete. Hood river County will need to follow-up with this operator to verify they have begun calculating coliform as required by rule and assist them with submitting the required surface water reports as required. | ||
