| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I spoke with John Chmelir and informed him that I would contact him as soon as Chuck Michael at the state returned my inquiry about the next required samples. 7/6/11 - I advised John of the following: no distribution repeats are required, already 2 MCL violations however a triggered source sample is due at this time. The public notice needs to be modified to bring it up to date and both the original and revised copies need to be sent to the state. Five temporary routines are due in August. John is considering either UV or continuous chlorine treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Next samples due are triggered source sample and five temporary routines in August. | ||
