Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Jeannie and discussed the repeat sampling (triggered source plus three distribution) and temporary routine sampling requirements (5 in July). She doesnt know what may have accounted for this positive sample. 7-22-11 - The triggered and repeat samples collected 6/30/11 tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in July (discussed with Jeannie 6/30/11).
