| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrections of significnt deficiencies DETAILS: Jim called to discuss the water system survey letter. I told him I thought he should start with submitting the waiver to Shawn Stevenson to see if they could even get it. After they received a response to the waiver then we could talk about next steps. I sent the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and O & M manual information to Jim, not Richard. Richard called to say he didnt get it so I sent him copies as well. My most recent contact with Jim indicated that Richard will be the one to complete those. I received the backflow reports from Jim. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
