| Details: | Jacobs engineering reached out to me to inform m that they have accepted a contract to be the water system operators for the City of Mosier. Dan Black will be the contact in our area, and an inventory change report with his contact information was sent to the state. The engineering firm asked for the systems previous survey, which was emailed over today. Our 2020 survey will be scheduled before the end of the year, preferably before any snow fall. We spoke about distribution sampling (lead, copper and stage 2 DBP). Lead and copper was identified by Yvonne as being completed, results are not in the data online page yet but she shared her knowledge that the customers will be informed about the results and certified with the state as normal. Stage 2 DBP were missed for the month of September, to which the system will be getting a violation for late reporting. We went back and forth deciding whether to take a sample right away for October and discussed how to return to compliance. We also discussed the coliform sampling plan, and how we will determine a way to sample 4 different locations versus 1 main location. |
