| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Response DETAILS: Andy called to inform DWP of the TC positive result of the coliform sample collected on 8/3/11. The eastbound rest area had been shut down for about two months for repaving, and only recently reopened, which may account for the TC+ result. Also the chlorine residual was low, measured at 0.09 mg/l. Only the eastbound well is in use at present, and a source sample was collected on 8/3 along with the distibution sample. The source sample tested TC absent, so no additional source sample is required for the GW Rule. Four repeat samples wil be colected next week. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples. | ||
