| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System was not aware of positive routine sample. Explained the repeat sample procedure. Went over which wells were active. SRC-AA had been inactive for over a year, DWP changed the active status of this well and DMCE took the triggered source requirement off for this well. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 2 triggered source samples within the next week. Take 5 routine samples in September. | ||
