| Details: | Upstream repeat following routine positive also TC+. Same location, downstream and well absent. Spoke with Gene and they will investigate possible cause and flush and/or chlorinate and take additional samples. System has had history of fall total coliforms but system just installed new well in hopes to eliminate source of coliforms. Gene stated he has level one investigation form and will complete and return. | ||
