| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting violation for failure to collect a coliform sample during the 2nd qtr 2011. DETAILS: Gerry Baker, the North Lake School District, called to find out if the March 25, 2011, coliform sample would satisfy the 2nd qtr monitoring requirement. Mr. Baker was informed that even the though the sample was collected close to the 2nd qtr, the sample would not invalidate the violation. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed, the third quarter sample, which was collected on July 20, 2011, will return the system to compliance. | ||
