Details:	Mr. Bronner contacted me on behalf of the system contact with questions regarding the significant deficiencies noted during the water system survey conducted on 9-24-2020. At his request, I e-mailed him the Coliform Sampling Plan and Operations and Maintenance Manual templates with corresponding instructions that had been previously provided to the system contact.
