| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive in distribution DETAILS: Russ Cooper called from the City of Monmouth to notify us that one of the systems routine coliform samples was total-coliorm positive. He will collect repeats as specified in the Citys coliform sampling procedure, and stated he thought the sample might be due to a sampling error. I made sure that Russ was aware that if the sample is valid, that the system collects a triggered source water sample from every well in use at the time the didstribution sample was found to be total-coliform positive.
