| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Repeat sample positive for coliform. Spoke with Terry Green regarding repeat samples. Terry submitted 6 samples, 3 from each active source, and 3 samples from the distribution. I told Terry 4 samples were required from the distribution in addition to the 3 active source samples. The new Ground Water Rule required this number of samples due to the fact the water system used chlorine for disinfect ion. ACTION NEEDED: One more additional sample required from the distribution. Waiting for results. 5 temporary routine samples required in July 2011 | ||
