| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: Spoke with Mikes message machine and went over the 3 requirements requested by Brad Daniels before the end of June 2011. 1) new public notice must be published for the arsenic results over MCL. 2) Lead/copper samples need to be collected and results submitted to the state. 3) Submit complete project intake from the finance people. If any of these deadlines are missed, it will result in violation of the settlement and the remaining $900 civil penalty being immediately due. I forwarded Brads email to Gina with Nugget property management. ACTION NEEDED: Updated public notice to be posted to all residents and a copy submitted to Lane County | ||
