She said the UV lamp burnt out and they were going to wait until the new bulb arrived before submitting repeat samples. As long as repeat samples are submitted before July 13, 2011 no violation will occur. 5 temporary routine samples will also be required before the end of July 2011 ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results. | ||
