Details: SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: spoke with jay and he said the bulb burnt out on the UV light. Discussed the importance of operation and maintenance and checking the disinfections unit prior to taking the quarterly coliform sample. 5 repeat samples required before July 6th. One from the source, 4 from the distribution. Jay is installing the new bulb prior to taking the repeats. 5 temporary routine samples from the distribution required by the end of July 2011 ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results. 5 temporary routine samples required from the distribution before the end of July 2011
