| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: System is under Administrative Order (AO) for arsenic above MCL. I called Laura to get an update and she mentioned they have submitted their construction plan on time and are now looking to fund a new well. I reminded her that the deadline to complete construction is 9/30/11. I also reminded her to continue to provide a public notice. I asked her to provide ma a copy. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on Public Notice and new well progress. | ||
